Headed by Sargis Baghinyan, director of the Territorial Development Fund of Armenia (RTDF), the visit of the RTDF working group to the construction facilities of the marzes continues. After Shirak and Aragatsotn, the management and engineering group of the fund visited Tavush and Lori marzes. From the modernization of irrigation systems to the construction of schools, there are many programs implemented by RTDF in marzes. The projects are implemented with the co-financing of the RA Government, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, and the Eurasian Development Bank. In Vanadzor, Stepanavan, Alaverdi, several school construction projects are being implemented through the foundation within the framework of the Seismic Safety Improvement Program. The working group also visited kindergarten No. 11 in Vanadzor, which is being built with the co-financing of the RA government and the World Bank, and the new community hall building is being built in the Lori Berd community with the co-financing of the RA government and the World Bank. In Tavush marz, the working group visited Gandzakar school and Khashtarak kindergarten. The engineering team listened to the problems raised by the builders, which were solved on the spot. The director of the fund, Sargis Baghinyan, gave instructions to the directors of all construction organizations to complete the works on time.
