342 միլիոն դրամ ներդրում՝ Աշտարակ, Գառնի, Մարտունի, Սևան համայնքներում:
Աշտարակ, Գառնի, Մարտունի և Սևան համայնքների տեխնիկայի պարկը համալրվել է բազնաֆունկցիոնալ էքսկավատորներով։ ՀՀ կառավարության, Համաշխարհային բանկի(
World Bank Armenia ) և համայնքների համաֆինանսավորմամբ Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի միջոցով իրականացվող Սոցիալական ներդրումների և տեղական զարգացման (ՍՆՏԶ) ծրագրի շրջանակում ներդրումը կազմել է 342 միլիոն դրամ։ Հատկացված 6 բազմաֆունկցիոնալ էքսկավատորներով համայնքները հնարավորություն կունենան տարածքային զարգացմանը միտված շինաշխատանքներն իրականացնել սեփական ուժերով։
Ի դեպ, Աշտարակում սա տեխնիկայի միակ համալրումը չէ։ Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի, Սոցիալական ներդրումների և տեղական զարգացման ծրագրի շրջանակում համայնքին է տրամադրվել նաև մինիամբարձիչ, որի արժեքը կազմում է 26 միլիոն դրամ։
